About

Karen likes nothing more than getting messy, creative and introducing people to the amazing world that is Powertex. Powertex is a universal medium which is both glue and paint combined and is a fabric hardener which enables you to create the most marvellous creations from fabric or natural fibres. Mixed with other products Powertex can create two types of clay and a myriad of textures which makes it a dream for mixed media projects. During the demonstration, Karen will showcase a selection of her creations and share insights into her creative process, including how she incorporates recycled and repurposed materials into her work. She will also give a brief colouring demonstration to show how a plain brown piece is transformed into something vibrant and full of life.

Karen will be holding a workshop on Saturday 20th June 2026.  inkyescapades.co.uk
